I’m a licensed professional counselor who works with individuals healing from relational trauma (romantic, parental, familial, peer, foster relationships, etc.), attachment wounding, and the lingering effects of chronic stress. My approach is rooted in curiosity, compassion, and deep respect for the ways we adapt to survive. I believe true healing happens when we slow down, turn inward, and gently make space for all parts of ourselves. My mission is to help you feel safe, connected, and more at home within.
I offer an integrative, trauma-informed approach rooted in IFS through an attachment lens. Drawing from ACT, polyvagal theory, and sand tray, we’ll explore how your past shows up in thoughts, behaviors, and body responses—supporting healing through insight, nervous system regulation, and deeper self-connection.
Healing from relational trauma can feel overwhelming and isolating, but you don’t have to face it alone. Together, we’ll gently explore your experiences in a safe, compassionate space, helping you grow self-compassion, build confidence, and reclaim your sense of safety and empowerment in your life.
